No, We can provide care attendants from anywhere One to 24 hours a day.
What exact services does Ageless Care Services provide?
We offer a variety of services, including Instrumental Independent of Daily Living (IDLs), Transportation to Doctor
Appointments, Medication Reminders, Vital Signs Monitoring, Meal Preparation, Light Housekeeping, Shopping and
Laundry Services, Companionship, Homemaker services and Transportation. Please call our office for more information.
How do I pay for services?
You can pay through our secure client portal using your debit card, credit card, or check. We also accept
long-term service insurance. Our Client Services Account Manager can assist you in setting up your account for your
convenience and peace of mind. Please note that we do not accept cash.
Are all your care attendants fluent in English or other languages?
Yes, we thoroughly review our care attendants to ensure they are fluent in English. Additionally, we have care attendants
who speak Creole, French, and Spanish fluently. We also take our clients’ needs and requests into account before
sending care attendants to their homes.
What is your caregiver application screening process?
About our care attendants, At Ageless Care Solutions we meticulously select our care attendants, so that you can rest assure that our care attendants is the most qualified to meet your needs. Our application process also includes a thorough screening, criminal background check, DMV driving history and a comprehensive exam. Our service providers are trained, monitored, and tested continuously to meet our high standards of work ethic and professionalism. In addition, each care attendant is an employee of Ageless Care Solutions and are covered by professional liability, bonding and workers’ compensation insurance. What if my parents prefer a different care attendant?
We ask for a 24- hour advance notice for any changes, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
What are your operating hours? Will I get an answering service?
You will never get an answering service when contacting us. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to
5 PM EST, and we are available on-call 24/7 for services.
Can I meet with the care attendant?
Yes, after our Senior Care Manager completes an in-home safety assessment and develops a service plan tailored to your loved one’s needs, we will schedule meet and greet sessions with three care attendants to ensure they are a good fit. You will then have the opportunity to make your selection.
A schedule will then be arranged for your mom, dad, or both.
