Since working with Latoya in the memory care facility she knows and understands the needs of the job. Latoya was the memory care director and she was my boss and she cared for her resident and her staff as well everyday. Latoya was hands on with the resident always around when you needed her she will help out with the showers and the care needs for the resident she made sure the facility was always ok and she goes above and beyond to make sure the staff and the facility was going accordingly.
Latoya was hired by our family to provide supplemental personal care needs and companionship for our mother while residing in an assisted living facility. Latoya was an excellent care provider and went the extra mile to please and make sure our mother’s needs were being met. She took mom for walks, gave her manicures, brought her snacks and occasional meals, encouraged her to participate in activities at the facility and regularly took her for a walk. Latoya was also very good about providing feedback regarding mom’s state of being, any abnormal observations and what they did each visit. If you are looking for an experienced and compassionate care giver who is dedicated, I highly recommend Latoya Hoosang.
Latoya Hoosang was a caregiver to my husband for several months. She is extremely ethical and experienced. He was in his seventh year of chemo. and first year of Parkinsons. She helped bath and dress him , assisted in PT and prepared some food. Her manner of treating him was very compassionate and always appropriate. She is extremely honest and always pleasant. If I needed personal help she would be my first choice.
My family had the pleasure of utilizing Alicia Hoosang’s services for several years when my mother needed assistance in the home with daily care, meal prep, daily living activities, bathing, and companionship. Alicia was very quiet, kind, gentle and always handled herself professionally. She was a good communicator. If and when the need arises, I would not hesitate utilizing her services in the future.
