Professional Senior Companion
The Role: Deliver meaningful daily interaction, conversational engagement, cognitive exercises, and social connectivity. You will accompany clients on outdoor walks, play stimulating board games, and assist with personalized daily lifestyle routines. Specialized roles are also available for memory-trained companions providing structured validation support for clients navigating Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Lifestyle Concierge Specialist
The Role: Act as an elite personal assistant and driver for our active senior clientele. Your tasks include executing personal errands (pharmacy, dry cleaning), sourcing fresh provisions from preferred local specialty markets, managing in-home meal preparation, handling light home organization, and providing chauffeured, escorted transportation to medical appointments, legal consultations, and social country club dinners.
Awake Overnight Safety Sitter
The Role: Provide dedicated, continuous observation and vigilant safety tracking through the evening hours. You will remain awake throughout the night to assist restlessly sleeping clients, prevent late-night bathroom falls, manage environment safety, and offer a soothing, grounding presence during times of midnight disorientation.
Pre-Employment Compliance Requirements
To ensure the absolute safety, protection, and premium care management of our client households, all onboarding candidates must legally fulfill and present the following documentation. No exceptions are made.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean 3-year DMV driving history report.
- Active Personal Auto Insurance Card matching your registered field vehicle.
- Cleared fingerprint-based Florida AHCA Level 2 Background Screening. • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Physical Exam completed within the last 6 months confirming you are free of communicable diseases.
- Two verifiable professional references from past employers.
- Valid Social Security Card or official U.S. Citizenship/Legal Residency documentation.
