All services are subject to companion availability, scheduling, geographic service area, and client assessment.

2. Non-Medical Services

Ageless Care Solutions is a non-medical home care provider.

Our caregivers do not:

  • Diagnose medical conditions

  • Provide medical treatment

  • Administer injections

  • Perform skilled nursing services

  • Prescribe medications

  • Make medical decisions on behalf of clients

Clients requiring medical care should seek services from licensed healthcare professionals or emergency medical services.

3. Eligibility

To receive our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have a legal guardian acting on your behalf.

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Agree to comply with these Terms.

4. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on caregiver availability.

While we strive to accommodate preferred schedules, we cannot guarantee availability for every requested date or time.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Emergencies

  • Caregiver illness

  • Safety concerns

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and contact information.

  • Maintain a safe environment for caregivers.

  • Treat caregivers respectfully and professionally.

  • Notify us of any changes that may affect care.

  • Secure pets when necessary.

  • Ensure utilities such as electricity and running water are available during services.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the agreed service plan.

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge late fees when permitted by law.

  • Suspend or discontinue services for unpaid balances.

  • Require deposits for certain services.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during enrollment.

7. Cancellations

Clients should provide advance notice if services need to be canceled or rescheduled.

Late cancellations or missed visits may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the client service agreement.

8. Emergency Situations

If a caregiver believes a client is experiencing a medical emergency, the caregiver may:

  • Call 911

  • Contact emergency responders

  • Notify the client’s emergency contact

Ageless Care Solutions is not responsible for decisions made by emergency medical personnel.

9. Medication Reminders

Our caregivers may provide medication reminders only.

They do not:

  • Administer medications

  • Alter dosages

  • Decide when medications should be taken

  • Fill prescriptions unless specifically included as a non-medical service

Clients remain responsible for medication management.

10. Transportation Services

Transportation services are provided for errands, appointments, shopping, and similar activities.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate destination information

  • Wearing seat belts

  • Following applicable safety requirements

Transportation availability may vary depending on location and caregiver scheduling.

11. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • Upload malicious software

  • Copy or reproduce website content without written permission

  • Interfere with website functionality

12. Intellectual Property
