How did Ageless Care Solutions get started?
Ageless Care Solutions, LLC, was born from the heartfelt desire to provide reliable and compassionate care for seniors. Our founder, Latoya Hoosang, was inspired to create this service after recognizing the need for assistance in caring for her own mother. Witnessing firsthand the challenges faced by working families in managing their busy schedules while ensuring their loved ones’ well-being, Latoya envisioned a solution that would alleviate these burdens and provide much-needed support. At Ageless Care Solutions, we extend our care and compassion beyond our clients, embracing a strong family-oriented culture. Latoya Hoosang shares her passion for life with her devoted husband, beloved children, and two adored grandchildren. Her culinary expertise brings joy and connection to her family and friends, reflecting her unwavering dedication to fostering meaningful relationships.
What services does Ageless Cares offer?
Ageless Care Solutions offers a range of concierge services tailored to meet the needs of seniors, including accompanied companion transportation, groceries, prescriptions, home services, meal deliveries, virtual events, and reminder calls.
What do I need to use your services?
All you need is a phone that can make a call to 239-236-2386 and produces dial tones when you press the buttons. While any phone will work, we strongly recommend using a mobile phone so we can reach you easily during your scheduled ride. We rely on Caller ID to identify you, so be sure to register any number you might call from. If you need to update your contact details, just give us a call and speak with an operator. No smartphone or app is needed—Ageless keeps it simple and accessible for everyone.
How do I sign up?
It’s easy to get started! You can register by emailing us at info@agelesscares.com or by calling 239-236-2386 and pressing 0 to speak with a friendly operator who will walk you through the process and help you choose a membership plan.
What are your hours of operation?
Our team is here for you around the clock. You can request a ride or speak to an operator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
All payments made are considered final and non-refundable unless Ageless determines otherwise. If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, please call us directly at 239-236-2386 to speak with a representative.
About Companion Drivers
Who are the Companion Drivers?
Our Companion Drivers are vetted companion professionals employed by Ageless Care Solutions. They are authorized to provide timely and affordable rides, typically arriving within 15 minutes. Ageless Care Solutions coordinates, monitors, and facilitates these rides on your behalf accompanying you along the way.
When is it appropriate to speak with an operator?
Our operators are available around the clock to provide fare estimates, schedule rides, and answer any inquiries. Please call us directly at 239-236-2386 and press 0 to connect with an operator.
What are the costs associated with Ageless Care Solutions?
We apply a concierge fee of $0.27 per minute from the ride’s start time. This fee supports our 24/7 call center, technical infrastructure, and ongoing service enhancements. Fares may vary based on location and demand; we provide a quote each time you request a ride. Please note, Companion Drivers are not informed of the total trip cost.
How is payment processed?
We make it simple by using the card you have on file. After your ride is complete, you will see one single charge for the trip.
FAQ For Companion Drivers
Am I required to assist passengers physically?
You are expected to provide courteous, non-medical assistance. This means offering a steadying arm, helping with doors, and assisting with items like walkers or shopping bags. You are not expected to provide medical support of any kind, such as lifting a client.
Why don’t Clients request their own rides?
Many of our clients either can’t or prefer not to use smartphones. Some have disabilities or require assistive devices that they want their driver to be aware of. Ageless Care Solutions books and manages rides on their behalf to make the experience as seamless as possible. We also help fine-tune pickup details, especially in complex locations like apartment complexes or medical centers, to avoid confusion and delays.
Does accepting an Ageless ride increase my liability?
No. Because you are a companion with Ageless Cares. Your role is to provide non-medical companionship and assistance, and we provide clear expectations in advance to ensure you and our clients are always safe.
Can I be compensated for helping a Client more than usual?
Currently, there’s no built-in way to compensate Companion Drivers automatically for extra help. We are looking into other options that might be available.
How can I share my feedback?

Why should I consider accepting these rides?
Helping people in your community is not only rewarding—it can also be good for business. Many Companion Drivers tell us our Clients are among the kindest they’ve met. Because our service focuses on companionship and non-medical transportation, most trips occur during off-peak hours, helping you fill slower times with additional rides. We make every effort to set clear expectations for each trip, making your job easier and more predictable.
Meals
How long does it take to receive a meal delivery?
Meal deliveries typically arrive within 20 to 90 minutes, depending on how long it takes to prepare your food and the restaurant’s schedule.
What are your meal department’s business hours?
Our meal department is open every day of the week, and our automated ordering system is available 24/7. Eastern Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM. Central Time: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
Partnership
Who provides transportation Services?
We use trusted services to provide quick and affordable transportation, often within 15 minutes. Our team also monitors every trip for safety and ensures each ride goes smoothly.
What types of home services can you help me with?
We use our trusted companions. All companions are employees of Ageless Care Solutions and have undergone a level 2 screening
I don’t see the service I need listed. Can you still assist me?
Absolutely! Just give us a call, and we’ll look into it for you. Chances are, if you’re looking for that service, others may be too—and we’re happy to help everyone by finding a solution.
When is the Home Service department open?
Our Home Services team is available every day of the week: Eastern Time: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Central Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Reminder Calls
What types of reminders are included in the calls?
Our calls include: Wake-up reminders, Prescription reminders, Appointment reminders, Reminder check-ins and emotional support.
Groceries
When is the Grocery department available?
We’re open 7 days a week to assist with your grocery needs: Eastern Time: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Central Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
