Our Mutual Commitment
Client Bill of Rights & Operational Partnership Charter
At Ageless Care Solutions, we believe that exceptional lifestyle concierge and companion care should preserve a client’s independence, protect their privacy, and honor their individual dignity. Because we serve family offices, private trustees, and discerning individuals across Southwest Florida, we hold ourselves to the highest ethical and operational standards. This Charter establishes a transparent foundation for our premium, white-glove partnership.
As a client of Ageless Care Solutions, you and your authorized representatives have the following rights:
- Customized Care Models: You have the right to a lifestyle plan that is entirely customized to your unique schedule, social preferences, and memory-support needs.
- The 4-Hour Hospitality Standard: To ensure your companion or concierge is never rushed, you have the right to consistent, dedicated care blocks that meet or exceed our strict 4-hour operational shift minimum.
- The Right to a Harmonious Match: You have the right to request a change in your assigned field professional if you feel the personal dynamic does not perfectly match your lifestyle or personality.
- Elite Level 2 Screening: You have the right to total peace of mind knowing that every professional deployed to your private estate has cleared a fingerprint-based Florida Level 2 criminal background check, rigorous DMV reviews, and strict reference auditing.
- Insured and Bonded Protection: You have the right to be protected by comprehensive corporate liability, worker’s compensation, and bonding insurances maintained by our firm.
- Data Isolation and Confidentiality: You have the right to absolute discretion. Your personal history, family dynamics, and daily routines are treated with strict confidentiality.
- Secure Portal Infrastructure: You have the right to secure, encrypted, 256-bit access to our Fiduciary Account Portal, ensuring that schedule details and care records remain completely invisible to unauthorized third parties.
- Fiduciary Collaboration: You have the right to direct, seamless coordination between our administrative team and your designated legal fiduciaries, private trustees, or family offices.
- Scope Clarity: You have the right to clear operational boundaries. To ensure compliance and safety, our companions focus exclusively on lifestyle logistics and estate management, and will not perform clinical, medical, or hands-on nursing tasks.
- Transparent Billing: You have the right to clear, predictable invoicing with no hidden administrative fees. All billing rates are communicated and agreed upon in writing before care begins.
- 24/7 Responsiveness: You have the right to continuous, local operational access. Our management team is reachable 24/7/365 to handle your scheduling adjustments or family updates.
To maintain our premium service standard and ensure the safety, consistency, and dignity of our care team, we ask that our clients, family members, and authorized representatives uphold the following responsibilities:
- Respect for the 4-Hour Minimum: Clients agree to honor the established care plan, understanding that our specialized business model relies on a strict 4-hour operational shift minimum to retain elite field professionals.
- Advance Cancellation Notice: To respect our professionals' dedicated schedules, clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any shift cancellations. Failure to do so may result in standard shift billing.
- Direct Coordination with Management: Clients agree to route all scheduling adjustments or extension requests directly through our administrative office or secure Fiduciary Account Portal, rather than making informal arrangements with field staff.
- Mutual Respect and Dignity: Our team members have the right to a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, or verbal abuse. Clients and family members agree to treat all companions with professional courtesy.
- Safe Estate Environment: Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe physical environment within their private residence or estate, including clear walkways and functional utilities.
- Notification of Health Changes: Families are responsible for notifying our management team immediately if a client experiences a significant change in physical health or mobility that may require a reassessment of their safety needs.
- Adherence to Scope of Care: Clients and families agree never to ask staff to perform clinical or medical tasks, including administering medications or conducting wound care.
- Protection of Staff Licensing: Clients understand that our team members are legally bound to a non-medical scope under our Florida AHCA registration, and will respect these professional boundaries at all times.
- Timely Financial Settlement: Clients, family offices, or designated private trustees agree to settle invoices promptly according to the terms set forth in the service agreement.
- Authorized Representative Designation: Families agree to provide up-to-date contact information for the primary point of contact or legal fiduciary authorized to make care and financial decisions.
