  • 24-Hour Cancellation Mandate: To protect the schedules of our elite personnel, adjustments or cancellations must be logged at least 24 hours in advance. Late modifications are billed automatically at the full 4-hour block rate.

  • Transit Protections: A mandatory 30-to-60-minute travel buffer is built into all scheduling arrays to guarantee unhurried, exact arrival times.

  • Secure Ledger Integration: All accounts must maintain a valid, encrypted payment token vault via our Secure Client Concierge Hub (https://agelesscares.com/fiduciary-account-portal/) to support seamless credit card authorizations and ACH direct clearing.
